Paypal and Card Payments - You can use Paypal or Card payment options to pay for a session (without accessing the calendar) or to pay for a treatment bundle (dates to be arranged directly with your therapist).
Please note, Forth Psychological Services is not a crisis service and cannot respond to urgent requests - for more details, please refer to the FAQ section on our Resources page. We regret we are also unable to provide a service for child psychology (under 18) or for clients with ongoing legal issues.

Therapy Bundles
Our Therapy Bundles can provide you with a better way to manage your therapy and also provide a discount of between 5 to 15 percent on the overall cost. Before booking you should discuss with your therapist at the initial consultation the amount of sessions you may require. Private Healthcare Insurance Treatment may be financed through private healthcare insurance. Forth Psychological Services are registered with several healthcare providers, please see below. If you have a private medical plan with any of these providers, we recommend that you contact them to obtain authorisation to proceed prior to starting treatment. Please see terms and conditions. |

Terms and conditions:
All appointments must be paid for at time of booking in order to confirm the appointment slot. You can pay for a session/s, securely, using the Pay Now button. Cash on the day (exact amount only please), for ongoing therapy sessions, is also acceptable by prior arrangement.
Cancellations: If you cannot attend an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled up to 48 hours before the session date/time are non-refundable but may be rescheduled to a later date (within 12 months of the original booking date), free of charge. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours, or failure to attend the appointment, will incur the full fee and cannot be rescheduled.
Therapy Bundles: Please be aware that advance block booking payments for Therapy Bundles are non-refundable, regardless of the number of sessions attended. If treatment is suspended for any reason before or during the course of a prepaid block of sessions, FPS will honour unused sessions which can be booked for a period of up to 12 months from treatment commencement or booking date (if treatment has not yet commenced). If in-person sessions cannot be provided, clients will be offered remote alternatives. After the 12 month period, if sessions (either in-person or remote) are not re-commenced, all remaining sessions will expire. Please discuss with your therapist.
Private Health Care Insurance: Treatment can be funded through private healthcare insurance by prior arrangement, however please note that, should for any reason your insurance company fail to cover the costs of your treatment, you will become personally liable for payment of all costs incurred.
